Major, multinational retailer wished to reenter the Danish market, after initial disappointment, eventually utilize Denmark as the hub for its further expansion across the Nordic region.


Through research we identified and evaluated potential partners, selected and screened them, to offer franchising opportunity to client. Along the process, we provided support in negotiation, location selection and deal closing.


Partner agreed to client demands and began the setup of the franchise representation across the four major cities in the country. At the same time, we worked with the partner to maximize the benefits from their newly added operation.
