We are looking for analysts for our autumn/winter internship at Voluntās. Analysts will have the opportunity to work at our office in San Francisco and potentially one of our other global locations and is designed to acquaint you with insight into yourself and your human potential while providing a real, hands-on opportunity to experience various assignments with our international clients. You will contribute to our work by applying critical and creative thinking on strategic issues and propose problem-solving frameworks to address key client challenges.
As an analyst, you will serve as a member of our team and receive day-to-day coaching when joining our journey to realize human potential. Voluntās is a young and busy firm. We are armed with a purpose-driven mentality, and we work together to make a meaningful impact on our beautiful world.

- Write a short story about who you are as a human being
- Tell us what the most inspiring project imaginable for you at Voluntās would be (not a current Voluntās project)
- Describe the three biggest weaknesses you will bring to Voluntās
The cover letter and CV must be written in English. Selected candidates will be invited for a test/assessment and afterwards interviews to discuss their self-awareness, interests, and experience.

The internship is, initially, set up as a half-year full-time internship with start on September 1st, 2022, but we are flexible with both length of internship and start date as well as full-time/part-time if the right candidate shows up.
