5-Year Africa strategy development
Large Denmark-based multinational wished to develop a 5-year strategy to expand its current global presence to the African continent but limited reliable market information was available for decision making and long term planning
Relying on our continent-wide partner network and independent research, We created country specific entry and operation models, channel strategies, business cases and a set of distinctive tools to guide execution.
The Africa expansion strategy helped the multinational understand its potential in different African markets and following the proposed plan, market entry into key markets was initiated.
Voluntas is expanding geographically. Earlier this year, we established a partnership with Sudan Polling and Statistics Center (SPSC).
