Large Denmark-based multinational wished to develop a 5-year strategy to expand its current global presence to the African continent but limited reliable market information was available for decision making and long term planning

Outcome
The Africa expansion strategy helped the multinational understand its potential in different African markets and following the proposed plan, market entry into key markets was initiated.
